I rubbed back the white paint and scraped to show the underlying color and wood. I sealed the frames with a non yellowing varnish. All materials are superior quality and tested. Sometimes you have to push the aging process to get the desired effects of shabby chic. My frames are simply shabby cottage chic and my art fits the frames decor beautifully.Outstanding framed art for the lavishly cottage shabby chic decor.
