I created this piece for a very special person. She wanted something that wasn't too deep and could fit under the window or at the end of a bed. The main purpose was keeping her overflow of towels, sheets and blankets for her guests stored in a convenient spot. She is an avid gardener so I painted the garden along her property around the chest.
